Joseph started building radio stations in Nakuru Kenya in the year 2002. Jesus is Lord Radio tower is the first FM Radio mast he built together with his business colleagues. ​Since then Joseph has served many Radio stations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, DRC, and South Sudan, building radio masts, installation of both FM and SW radio station ​Joseph founded The Difference Solutions in 2013 and has continued to work in the Radio and communication industry employing the best and most efficient technology solutions.
